This paper explains the impact of emotional intelligence (EI) on organizational performance and identifies how qualities like self-awareness, achievement orientation, adaptability, optimism, self-control are applied to observe if these competencies have a statistically significant effect an organization’s performance. Specifically, will study managers’ EI employee The authors conducted this analysis by sending out questionnaire medium-sized company in Kuwait, where managers would rate certain aspects their work 5-point scale. data was then analyzed through Microsoft Excel, Jamovi software, Smart PLS statistical software. failed prove hypothesis that there is positive connection between emotionally intelligent following fronts: quality work, time management, achievements, relationships.
